We read every message. Because we’re a small team, we usually reply within 2–3 business days. If you’re reporting an out-of-date fee or limit, please include the app name and what you’re seeing — it helps us fix it faster.
What we can and can’t help with
- We can: point you to the right guide, fix errors on the site, and take requests for new topics.
- We can’t: access your Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or bank account, recover lost money, or act as customer support for any app. For account problems, you’ll need to contact that app’s official support directly — and never share your PIN, password, or verification codes with anyone, including us.
A quick safety note
WalletWisp will never ask you for your login details, card numbers, or one-time codes. If anyone claiming to be from a money app asks for those, it’s a scam.
